Communalis is an international research society interested in interdisciplinary issues regarding psycho-social processes of sense production related to communication, argumentation and social representations, created to honor the great Swiss logician and communication scholar Jean-Blaise Grize.
Although the society's name just mentions the domains developed by Jean-Blaise Grize - communication and natural logic - its mission is broader because it explores the universe of meanings and sense making, from the contribution of the neurosciences to studies on discourse, from formal to informal languages and codes.
